Chatham Marketplace is hiring for a Wellness Grocery Lead position. This is a full-time position and the salary ranges from $12.50 – $17.25 an hour. This is not an entry level position, so skills and experience will be considered when determining a pay rate. All positions start with a 90 day trial period, followed by a 50¢ pay bump after successful completion.
Job Description
The Wellness Grocery Lead heads organized and smooth running wellness and bulk sections that focus on a wide variety of local, natural and organic foods. They will also assist with opening/ closing responsibilities, which includes cashiering and cash handling. The Wellness Grocery Lead will meet department objectives for sales, margin and customer service satisfaction. They support The Grocery Manager’s goals for all grocery departments through their work by performing other tasks as assigned. In the absence of a manager, The Wellness Grocery Lead will be a person in charge.
