Bring your rocks to the Chatham Historical Museum!

Sunday, May 7 will be a great day to visit the Chatham Historical Museum!
“Rock Star” Chris Palmer, retired professional geologist, will be on hand to identify Chatham County rocks and answer questions about Chatham’s geology. Bring your Chatham County rocks for him to identify and tell you about. Our Chatham Geology special exhibit is still up for you to explore as well.
In the gallery, we have an exhibit of Frank Marsden London’s paintings and stained glass designs, and from the balcony, we’ll have music by Nelson Smith.
Spend time exploring our permanent exhibits too! We hope to see you there!
This is a free event. Adults and children are welcome.
The Museum will be open from noon until 4pm.
