Restorative Yoga with Meadow

The perfect day to wind down the week with self-care….
Using bolsters, blankets and other props, we will explore fully supported postures that have been developed to help the body stretch gently and allow the mind to find a meditative state where you can relax and renew both body and mind.
Each pose has specific therapeutic benefits, and is held for 3 to 10 minutes.
Comfort and relaxation are key as we take you through a sequence of postures accompanied by guided meditation and aromatherapy.
By donation; preregistration is recommended but not required.
