Relax, Relate, and Release Yoga Discussion

Please join us in Yoga Garden Pittsboro’s virtual studio for our Black History Month: Asana & Conversation series. No previous yoga experience is necessary: all are most welcome to attend. Sunday, February 28, 7-8:15 pm: Relax, Relate & Release

This is a restorative yoga class themed around healing and unity to wrap up our Black History Month series. We’ll begin with a short talk about the conversations we’ve had and some takeaways from this series. We’ll finish by going deeply inward for a peaceful restorative practice. Have pillows & blankets ready. Restorative yoga involves placing the body in very comfortable, supportive postures that will allow for gentle relaxation and releasing of tension in the body.  Cierra and Chelsea lead the discussion, Jessica Palmer-Gwaltney leads our restorative yoga practice.
