Circle City Pilates offers personal training on the Balanced Body Pilates Reformer. Sessions are designed and formulated to suit each client’s individual needs.
Exercises on the Reformer promote length, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. All these things in turn lead to daily life improvements such as efficient movement, better posture, and relief from pain associated with physical imbalances.
Workouts on the Pilates Reformer require your muscle groups to move through a full range of motion, decreasing strain and stress on your joints and muscles.
